Chain d'amour
Chain d'amour is a work that I under took in order to express my in-depth perception of what it takes to perceive love. Abstract existence is the background to human presentation which illuminates existence through expression and form. Here the form is enslaved in emotions with enflamed passions burning in the desire to exist. The heart, which is the vehicle of life, is caught up in this continual mingling of passion and desire while its innate nature of liberty and love protect against total submersion. Expression is its offering and in this act it escapes a mundane existence of acceptance and submission. For this the mind must be an active member of the hearts direction working in cohesion in unified objective. The eye are the path to the soul which nourishes the heart and fortifies the mind. If the eyes entertain seductive relationships enlightening the mind, who in turn neglects to submit to the heart, the seeds of slavery grow wild rapidly. When the mind and heart dwell in different houses there wills are separated in diversity, then action is smothered in controversy. Each eye represents a universe and each universe a different point of view. Acceptance is the key to knowledge and knowledge is the light that clarifies the heart, this is what is being offered and is nothing other than the truth. The heart offered in truth is the acceptance of its nature in the belief of cultivation. Le "Chain d'Amour" express the constant vigilance needed in order to offer the heart and not that of its reflection.
